@NeedMoreCourage @PeabodyLDN @HousingITguy There is an Ombudsman but the process of getting that far puts most people off. My neighbours are scared of retaliation so come to me rather than use existing processes. My feeling is a more resident-led solution is the only solution.

The lives on hold inside the cladding scandal: "I no longer buy little things like contact lenses. That’s £25 a month — two days of waking-watch payments."

On sofa for the night. The noise of water pouring in from the roof was too much last night so will be in a de facto studio flat until @PeabodyLDN fix it - finally. The damp & damage in my bedroom is heartbreaking given how much I have fought to get here.

Damp, mould, cold, depression. That sums up the @PeabodyLDN customer experience right now. Am dreading the coming week as it will be focused on yet more attempts to be heard. This is why I have insomnia. All this for simply a reasonably competent landlord.

I've had to deal with this for the last 5years due to the incompetence of @PeabodyLDN. When will I be able to enjoy my house.
